Photographer's Note
At around 6 o'clock in the morning balloons were blown up with two powerful ventilators. The sun was still behind the horizon. At this moment the inner balloon seemed like an immense ballroom.
Next step will be heating up the air to redress the balloon and loading costumors as ballast:) before take-off.
Take a look at the dwarfs of noborders.
Have a safe trip ....

Splendid image ! Such colours with a wonderful soft light...It's a great graphical composition, with all those lines going up to the heart of the balloon...I like it that you give more space to the lines and did not show the whole balloon. The human factor is a big bonus, a lively and dynamic image, I love it, interesting note too.

Hello Henk,
Ballroom is an appropriate metaphor, and it does look like a dream world. The translucent upper part is very attractive. I'm also impressed by the image quality considering ISO 3200. Very nice work. Regards,

I would never have thought that this was your picture, Henk. It looks so different to your usual style. In fact i wouldn't have made any sense of it, other than as a graphic, abstract creation, if it had not been for the figure of the man inside, He makes sense of the whole image and makes us understand what all this light and color is about. It is a very enjoyable, fun picture, Henk. regards kevin

HI Henk,
Impressive picture, because of the colors and the symmetry, and mainly because the fort contrast between the bigness of the balloon and the littleness of this man. Amazing! Thanks.
Greetings,
Angel.

Hi Henk,
I took a look at cath's work and this is very different from that. This one has dramatic colours, that oochappan is known for! :) The colours and contrasts are beautiful. That man sets the scale here, showing how big the balloon is!
