Photographer's Note
in local people they call it as 'uşkun' and a very healthy thing full of vitamin.they normally eat it boiled and with honey ( they really have a special honey in that region,called as 'karakovan') ; it's also used as appetizer.
and in this pic,kurdish girls whilst a wedding were eating it and I took this shot.
