Closer view on a hill above Crummock Water see previousCrummock Water I

Taken on a trip on a hill above Crummock Lake and far in a long distance you can see Lowes Water Lake too.
Not very hard to get on the hill called High Snockrigg I climbed on because you can leave your car on a parking above Moss Force Waterfall and climbe just 20 minutes up there. Very windy weather on the top.

Hello Jiri, well balanced photography. Pleasant soft hue. I like the path witch leads the eye, tfs. How did you focus- via hyperfocal lenght?

Hi Jiri,
I love this kind of very wild landscape. Your composition is excellent, with a fantastic point of view. The colours are great and I love the way some sunbeams light parts of the mountains. It really looks like some places of Scotland or Ireland, I think I would love this area !

This, I think, is even better than your last picture from this spot. Perhaps the foreground dominated the picture a little too much in the last one.

Beautiful colours and fabulous shadows of the clouds. Lighting and exposure spot-on too.

Hi Jiri, thats a fantastic view! Makes me want to pack up my tent and get exploring again. Love the minite details on the slopes below. I would have burned the shaded areas slightly to increase the contrast and give the image more impact. Very well done.
