Hello Les,
An interesting note and perhaps just the place to stay if I ever visit Cornwall again - I've not been there for over 30 years. Is this near Torpoint? I ask that because a friend of mine was at the Naval training place there a long, long time ago.
I presume that's the Tamar bridge in the distance in this shot. And what a shot! You've obviously used the long end of that 80 - 400mm lens for this one as the disc of the sun is so huge in the frame. Well composed and with lovely soft late evening colours and with the trees beautifully silhouetted against the sky. I love the little twinkle of the distant lights above the bridge. Perfect exposure and exquisite sharpness.
Beautiful!
Kind Regards,
John.

Hi Leslie
Surreal colors of the winter early morning (or evening). The flying birds in the sky add life to this landsacpe picture.

Hello Leslie - The colours are vivid and perhaps a little unnatural but that matters not one jot! This is eye-catching and lovely. I like the purple-pink graduations, the huge harvest moon and the silhouettes. I remember playing on the beach at Saltash when I was a child..... many years ago! Lovely vibrant image. Warm regards Rosemary

HI Les,
Great view and mood. The sun looks very nice and big with a perfect setting. Usually sunsets without clouds look a bit lost but in your frame it looks fantastic. Nice addition of the birds. Very wll done.
Thanks for sharing,

Hi Leslie. Glorious sunset, almost too beautiful to behold. you have captured it in all its charm. The flock of pigeons (surely they are not rooks) accentuates the poetic aspect of your creation. Regards. Klaudio.
