Photographer's Note

This picture was taken some point along the Pyg track, one of the routes to the summit of Mount Snowdon, Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. There were many scenes like this one walking around this area, the topography always changing, small bodies of water here and there and the different colours and textures of the land too all add up to create an interesting landscape.

I like this shot. The composition is well balanced with hills sloping down from both sides of the frame, the small pool of water provides the main focal feature, and the fluffy clouds overhead make for an interesting sky. All captured in good light with a strong depth of field.

Wonderful landscape and very good exposure!
Frame full of nature at all its range!
Cloudy sky over the scene is the most beautiful, in my opinion, helps for not overexposing and keeps fine details on the land. Small lake is one more interesting spot in the photograph.
