Photographer's Note

Loch Drumbeg was idyllic when we arrived that weekend 43 years ago. A multitude of wrens chatttered loudly and endlessly, and at 4pm every day an unmistakable sound heralded a pair of red-throat divers flying down to the loch. The mountain is Cuinneag (sometimes known as Quinag), another of the Assynt group posted yesterday. More of it tomorrow.

Scanned with the same parameters as yesterday's, but needing very little tweaking - just 'auto color' and small amounts of darkening and usm. Maybe the film was different, there's no way of telling now. Certainly they were shot on different days.
