Photographer's Note

One more set of pictures from Brimham Rocks.

An incredible collection of eye-catching rock formations, sculpted by ice, wind and continental movement, the rocks have been moulded into fascinating shapes.
From the tops of the rocks, there is a panoramic view across Nidderdale and the Yorkshire scenery.
(See workshop.)

There was Heather and Ling in flower, giving touches of purple and pink, and the red on the trees are berries of the Rowan/Mountain Ash tree.

A closer view of the rocks is also in the workshop, where the textures are very obvious.

Thank you for visiting.
