Photographer's Note

A butterfly shot with a difference, I waited and waited for this to spread its wings, no joy, but took a few pictures anyway, and was rather pleased I did, concentrating more on the body of the insect rather than the wings, it's made me see them in a new light altogether!

Apologies if I don't get round to doing any critiques in the next couple of days, I've come down with a stinker of a cold, and am going back to bed! achoo... :)

I really like this macro pic. It makes the usually so beautiful butterfly look kinda scary.
