London's Eye....hard to capture a view that hasnt been seen before so i went with colors you may not have seen before.....surprise! london wasnt a gloomy mess like every other time ive dropped by....

I definetly like this interpretation of the much-photographed object, it is indeed refreshing :) I would have preferred the lower part visible in its entirety, and no buildings in the background that now are a bit distracting and destroy the silhouette of the circle, but I'm not sure it was possible from your point of view. all in all, very good shot.

Hello Shaun,
A fabulous photo, showing the London Eye like a giant bicycle wheel. It's a creative and original vantage point, framing the blue sky in one half of the circle, the golden hued clouds in the other. I grew up in London as a child, and although I've spent most of my life in the United States, there is a very special place in my heart for the city.
