Photographer's Note
My last from my visit to Walton-on-the-Naze the other day, and my personal favourite.
The same dead tree lying in the surf as in my other upload, but this time with the sun rising on one side of the frame, and the moon setting on the other. The branches make me think of tentacles from some old sea monster from this angle - hence the title.
Thanks for looking.

preciosa, debe ser complicado calcular la velocidad par dejar ese rastro.
bravo, un momento muy propicio con los colores y la luna en lo alto.

Benjamin
Brilliant. Obviously dead tree in real life, but alive and kicking in your image.

Absolutely marvelous! Very good idea to photograph the sea with long exposure like this. The composition is flawless, everything is in it's place. The stones form this great texture in the receding waters. Did you put those there intentionally? :)

I like this a lot, its the softness of the image and subtle colours, also the water pulling back under the branches gives it a good effect, and the cheeky little moon off to the right there! :-)

Hello Benjamin,
The long exposure time gives movement to the water, that contrast with the sharpness of the tree. I like the soft colors.
Best regards - Franco

Hi Benjamin,
very nice image, all these diagonals in the water, the dead tree, the superb colors and light are simply great.
also the presence of the moon, even small.
