Great effect in the sky with the colors of the setting sun. I like the saturated colors.

Hello Phill,
it is a matter of taste, if somebody decides to use couloured grads of such intensity. Anyway, it really is a lovely view, and the tone of the picture adds a lot to its quite surreal, wide-angled atmosphere.

Next time we need to see the ghost in the castle!

Hello Phill,
This is an excellent image full of wonderful, warm colours.....a bit like an old oil painting. The sky is attractive and the castle on the hill top provides the focal point. I think a plain white border and thin black frame would enhance the colours even more. Well done.

Hello Phill,
Very nice picture with wonderful colors in the sky !
The composition is good too, with the wall on the right which makes a diagonal, driving the eye to the castle.

Welcome to TE Phill. I love your nickname... :)
Great photo you have here. The sky is wonderful. I owned that Sigma and really miss the way it renders those skies. I like your composition very much. That wall guiding the eyes into the little fortress is a great element. Love the golden tones. Miss some sharpness though (probably you're still finding your way on rendering your photos for web; or probably you just like them like this). Great one!
