Photographer's Note

This was taken on a June morning at the southern end of Rydal Water which is between Ambleside and Grasmere in the English Lake District. I used a tripod and the wide angle lens and having found my way to the muddy shore was able to place the camera on a tripod 1 or 2 feet above the ground. I used a 0.3 Graduated Filter to bring out the reflections in the water.
