Photographer's Note
Now a view of Cadgwith Cove from an elevated point of view, looking down onto the pebbly beach.
If you viewed my last shot 'Coming ashore' you will now see the blue tractor close to the top of the beach, having successfully brought the small boat up the beach away from the water's edge.
A tiny village nestled between the cliffs. Fishing boats go out every day.
I was sure that I had posted a similar view to this on TE, but after trawling through my pictures I could find no sign of it; I must have posted one on TL before that site died!
Two more views from this higher point of view.
Thank you as always for looking.

Hi Jean, the village is truly enchanting, so small and collected in the narrow bay, certainly far from the onslaught of tourists and therefore even more peaceful. A complete report showing the views in all possible directions, super quality !! Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hi Jean
A very nice composition. I like the contrasting colours of the boats with the ground they sit upon.

Hello Jean,
This vantage point offered a great view of the small village and the many boats on top of the slope, which runs down towards the sea. The one boat which was put halfway is a particularly nice detail. I like the gentle sunlight and the fine colours as well.

Hello Jean,
I also thought this looked a bit familiar, but I may have had in mind the slightly similar views from Port Isaac, where the boats were also pulled up the beach to a safe distance from the sea. I like the three slightly different views we get here, as you turned right step by step to move us closer to the water. The house alone at the top of the rock must have had a great view but it would also catch a lot of wind.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Jean
Beautiful view of this coastal village with blue sky background. The boats point to the village. The color combination is attractive. Well seen. The workshop view is well illustrated. Beautiful shot. Thanks for sharing

Hello Jean,
The beach is indeed very small.
The tractor driver apparently has a full time job there given the number of boats we see. What if they all arrive at once after fishing? Or is that towing ashore maybe happening very quickly?
Something tells me I don't want to live in the house on top of the hill after all... Aren't there often storms in winter?
Best regards, Paul

Good evening Jean,
It was easy to find the precise place on the hill, where there are two benches, not shown here - but a great view upon the downway with the boats.

Attractive location for photography, well shown.
Best regards,

Hi Jean,
So you were one of the people on TL?
I am wondering whether the same thing will happen to TE someday. That's how it looks like now.
Very photogenic spot for sure. I like the artistic mess made by the multitude of the colorful boats. An artist wouldn't be able to invent something like that.
Very nice place, great POV,
