Photographer's Note

Middlewich, town in which my partnerīs parents live, is crossed by two canals. These canals were widly use to transport goods around the country, (mainly salt and coal), now these are used for tourism. Here I took a shot at the Wardle lock, in the moment that one of the boat leaves to continue its journey.
The locks were built to permit the change between the different altitudes that exist in the canals.
