Photographer's Note
Another picture about the work did it during the race of "La Patrouille des Glaciers". Helicopters were flying all the time, carring huge charges to all the control post. There are a hard organisation for this race, that only a military organisation can do it. For this reason is the Swiss army that organise this race. As I have explain in other pictures, they make sure a large area of high mountain. From Zermatt to Verbier, in the center of the Alps. There are 58km, and the race pass by glaciers and by many summits, about 3700m and 3300m. Not easy to make sure an area like this.
After all this, we can think that this is incredible,...but at the same time we can think about the ecological impact of all this movement on this wild area...this race is every 2 years,...but is very intensive during 3 weeks. What do you think ? It would be interesting to know more about this impact. If some one has some answers or opinions it would be interesting to know it.

Salut Javier,

Miguel

Excellent POV to give us the feeling of being on the mountain. Great exposure and composition. I don't think once every two years would have that much impact.
