Up in the Sky, a photo from Zug, East

Photographer's Note

Mount Rigi, placed between Luzern and Zug in central Switzerland, has bestowed to me simply the most incredible, spectacular, and amazing view I have seen anywhere in my life. Thank you Switzerland!

This shot was taken from the summit, on a beautiful clear blue winters day. The summer, albeit not that high at around 1,800 metres, offers incredible panoramic views all over Switzerland, simply incredible!

Hi, this is a beautiful scene, the mountain top looks like an island. Just a shame about the left hand corner - what is that in the frame? Regards, Jean

I know what you mean, i just came back from a short holiday in switzerland and also went up on a couple of mountains. Although i have worked in the Atlas and the pyrenees i have never seen views like in switzerland before.Simply stunning!
Yours however have a foreground that could have been a little lighter, but nevertheless a beautiful view.
