Personally I find this comp excellent, everything in its 'right place' and it keeps your eyes moving around the shot. The picture speaks to me, seems to be hinting at some sort of story or message, and I like it a lot!

Cloors and DOF...these transformed this simple shot into a study. I think it is a good one. Good composition with the shovel in the foreground. I can come up with a lot of stories.

This is too funny Lionel! That branch sticking out from the "injured" stump helps with the otherwise boring composition. All together this is a very nice image, very pleasing to look at and with the title gives it a whole new presence...I love your work, but currently I don't have a very reliable internet connection to critique on the others. Just wanted to let you know I think your stuff is great :)
