Photographer's Note
Last year they burned down an area cleared forest. Do not ask me why. No Idea. I thought that was pretty irresponsible, because it was the middle of summer and the forest around it was very dry at that time. It could easily expand and become uncontrollable.
A few days ago I was there again and took a few photos. This is one of them. On the way to this place I have met three bears, but that's another story.
All the best
Peter

Hej Peter,
Vilken upplevelse!
Vänliga hälsningar,
Gert

Hi Peter,
Very strong picture, it has all the feeling of utter destruction and eerie beauty. The silhouette of the burnt tree looks almost like an alien weapon.
I am fascinated to know if the three bears you met were the ones that know Goldilocks :)
Cheers

Hello Peter,
That is one irresponsible act, and result hurt the surrounding nature - I do not think those bears would ever come back to a burned area.
Nice tribute, and well taken shot.
Good evening,
Ike

Dear Peter, I guess the animals living in the forest were panicky after the forest fire, all the vegetation burnt, it will take decades to grow again, there is a weird stump in the bg, thanks
