Photographer's Note

I spent a large week-end and Sevilla mid-November but dedicated one day to visit Cordoba. You have different buses everyday to go there and come back. It's a one hour drive roughly and you get quite close from the historical center.

This is the Mesquita of Cordoba, an Arabo-Andalus mosquee erected in 785 AD which was turned into a cathedral in the XVIth century. Inside, you will be amazed by the 850 red & white composite columns made of granit and marble. It does create very nice perspectives. Some of these columns were taken from Roman monuments if I understood well.
