Photographer's Note
Here is a shot of the Convent of Santa Clara in Palma de Mallorca. Over the centuries the monastery was renovated and expanded. It contains the sixteenth century cloister corridors and Gothic tombs. The present church is the third of those built in the convent. On the left side of the front facade there is a quadrangular tower embedded in the wall dated to 1671. Source: Wikipedia

Hello Gosia,
The quirky angle works very well, resulting in a dynamic image. I like the colour contrasts and the lighting. Very good rendering of the textural detail in the architecture.

Hi Gosia
like this! It sometimes pays to look with a slanted head at buildings when composing as it can make for a powerful and interesting effect. This is a fine example with the organic intrusion and light making this work so beautifully.
Brian.

Ciao Gosia,
J'aime beaucoup l'angle donné à cette photo. Il permet d'inclure tous les éléments intéressants de l'endroit tout en leur donnant de l'allant. J'aime bien la lumière sur les feuilles.

Howdy Siudzi,
Unusual angle to show off the top of the Santa Clara Convent, interesting Moorish architecture combined with gothic to make for attractive artworks.
Thanks for sharing,
Cheers,

Hello Gosia
I agree with all the other comments……I like this image.
Was the bell ringing when you took this photo, because it is hanging straight down, as if the convent was on a steep hill…… strange coincidence!
Great photo, thanks for sharing.
Regards
Edward

Ciao Gosia
inquadratura insolita per quanto ti riguarda, ma originale e bella.
Mi piace molto la luce sulle foglie e il cielo blu fa da splendido sfondo all'architettura.
