Photographer's Note

Horné diery - a rock gorge in the Krivansky part of Little Fatra in Slovakia. It is located in the central part of Dierový stream.
On Dierový stream there are several waterfalls here, Waterfall thresholds are overcome by means of metal ladders and footbridges.
Thanks to technical facilities, the trail is easy for the average tourist, only after major rains and in the spring it becomes slippery and difficult to cross.

Hello Janusz,
An adventurous place to hike!
The picture is very well composed and shows the crashing water under the stairs built in in a canyon-like landscape.
A lot of plants also seem to grow on the rocks.

Very interesting image. I am not sure if the climb up would feel that safe. Any fear of heights would be a challenge. But I like the full point of view and the wide angle vertically provides water and people for the view perspective. Thanks for sharing an interest place to explore and what must be done to achieve it. Well Done drt100 David

Cześc Janusz, Nigdy tam nie byłam, natomiast moja wnuczka często jeździ tam na nartach. Fajny wodospad i ciekawa ta drewniana platforma, fajne miejsce na spacer.

Hello Janusz,
This is an excellent composition with a perfect view of the staircase at the top and the waterfall below. The water coming down and the lady climbing up express a strong sense of movement. The shape of the staircase also seems to mirror the wall of the rock. It's a dynamic and elegant photo and technically fine as well.

Janusz, a series of footbridges and metal ladders leads to the waterfalls. A small cascade is visible in the fg. It should be a fascinating natural site of interest to visit.

Hello Janusz,
A great view of the waterfall and the wonderful rock formations and their pretty smooth shapes. The green of the leaves add a nice colour contrast as well.
