Meso, supa, salata i hleba ...

Pogled na rucak, koji se sastojao do dinstanog mesa, supe, salate, hleba i crvenog vina.
Za pripremu rucka sam koristio svinjko meso, koje sam prvo isprzio, onda sipao vodu i nastavio da dinstam jos oko 90 minuta.
Salatu sam napravio od ajvara u koji sam dodao crni i beli luka, pored je tacna sa renom.
Rucak je bio ukusan, sve sam pojeo.
Ja volim da pravim harnu i da jedem, cesto popijem po malu casu vina.

A view of the lunch, which consisted of stewed meat, soup, salad, bread and red wine.
To prepare lunch, I used pork, which I first fried, then poured water and continued to simmer for another 90 minutes.
I made the salad from ajvar to which I added black and garlic, next to it is a tray with rhubarb.
Lunch was delicious, I ate everything.
I like to make harna and eat, I often drink a small glass of wine.

Hello Pavle,
That looks like quite a large piece of pork for one meal, but I am reminded that the Balkans is a meat-loving part of the world. But this is a colourful meal and it looks good, so I am sure you ate everything.

Zdravo Pavle,
Ovo izgleda kao dobro izbalansiran obrok. Lep aranžman na stolu. Veoma fotogenična scena.
U Engleskoj je teško kupiti kvalitetan hleb, slično kao u Americi koja je u velikoj meri kopirala loše navike u ishrani iz Engleske. Može se uočiti razlika u kvalitetu hrane kada se ode u Kanadu koja umesto toga ima veliki uticaj na hranu iz Francuske.
Hleb je jedan od faktora.
