Funny Cloud, Trapped Moon, a photo from Prahova, East

Photographer's Note

That was a special sunset, there were some interesting clouds, the street-lamps had begun to lighten and, one moment, the moon seemed trapped between the house wall and the water-pipe. I have always liked the sunset and the dusk, for me these moments of the day have some special significance.... I hope the photo will express at least a little part from what I feel.

I am a big fan of sunset photos, as you can see in my listings...and this one is nice. I would suggest that you straighten up the photo, though. Thanks for posting Andreea.

... si mie imi plac apusurile (chiar si rasariturile - daca nu trebuie sa ma trezesc eu sa le pozez :) ...) - in fotografia asta eu as fi pastrat doar zona unde se vede bine apusul (de la streasina - cu luna cu tot - pana la lampa), as fi saturat putin culorile pt ca bradul si acoperisurile sa iasa in evidenta frumos ca siluete si as fi renuntat aproape in totalitate la cer ... da' asta e doar o varianta :)

Hello Andreea,

You caught a very well scene in "twilight" zone ;) I like your lay outing objects while reserving more space to sky. Shining street lamp is excellently captured just top of sunset lights with moon in cell. Silhouettes of houses and clouds are very nice. Congratulations.

Un lucru e sigur ...sti sa alegi momentul potrivit pt o poza reusita...iar asta e apusul.
Frumoase nuantze si semiluna apare interesanta.
O poza calda la sfersit de toamna .

this is a very calm image. i love the transformation of colors from blue to red. then the cresent moon! thats amazing how you capturedt that.

Hi Andreea,

A really great shot taken in the sunset on clear day. It is an excellent occasion for taking good photos since the colors are very strong. Usually the sky has an intense blue colour. Very well seen and a really good job.

Andreea this is a nice twilight picture. I like the colors of the sky and the silhouette of the house. It does make a nice contrast with the blue above. I notice some noise on the sky. Nothing serious since the picture is very good. Good perspective with the street light adorning the left side of the compo. Nice work friend :-)
