On my short trip in Tulcea, i was catch that wonderful sunrise moment over that Danube citty.
Tulcea is a city in Dobrogea, Romania and the administrative center of Tulcea county.
Tulcea was founded in the 7th century BC under the name of Aegyssus, mentioned in the documents of Diodorus of Sicily (3rd century BC).
Is situated on the begin of Danube Delta.
