Just an ordinary day in central Bucharest, Romania.

This shot was taken near the historical centre of Bucharest, in the northern part of Cismigiu Park, where old houses make a lovely street front and the whole atmosphere is peaceful and charming. Of course there are some major problems regarding the bad state of the old houses, facades are slowly getting more decrepit each day. There are some that will fall at the next earthquake and there is a low interest in rehabilitating them.

Hello Iulia,
I like this photo which has a very relaxed atmosphere. It surprises me a bit to see that it's from Bucharest. I would have imagined a much smaller city, where I have seen similar views. The light and greeyscale are very good.
