Hello you all,

a ride on the narrow bridge, built in 1543, has only one lane.
Traffic, alternating and constant, is managed by traffic lights, posted at each end of the bridge.

An old belief says, that a mother should ask to the first person who cross the bridge after midnight, to baptize his belly with river's water,for protect the unborn child.

Bonjour Dino,

Sous un beau ciel chargé, u,e image très bien cosntruite avec le pont et les voitures ( pas du tout gênantes ici), bien décentrés, qui guident le regard. Très belle couleurs également avec des contrastes marqués entre le vert de la végétation et le rouge et le blanc des maisons caractéristqiuesb du Nord du Portugal.
