Yellow and Blue, a photo from Setubal, South

Photographer's Note

Continue my walk through Ginjal (Almada) and very near from my last post came this one, the reflections on the water of a yellow esplanade from a nice restaurant The “Ponto Final”.
It’s a very pleasant restaurant with a superb view from Lisbon and where you can find very fresh fish.
I’ve made a workshop with the esplanade so that you can have an idea form this place.

Hi Teresa!
What surealistic reflections,WOW!!!!
The orange works verry well with blue.Again you had a verry good eye to see this verry nice detail at the water`s surface.

To be honest your shot is about nothig, but has great colos and everything what is on this waves. So in conclusion - nice work:)

The reflections are clear and create the interesting pattern on the water, being emphasized by the rich yallow and blue colors.

É quase impossível não comparar esta com a "Yellow Reflections". Quando vi a miniatura de repente até pensei que esta foto fosse uma versão "revista e aumentada" (com mais amarelo :-)
Bom, ficando pela comparação, gosto mais da outra, tem mais simplicidade.
Seja como for, esta também me puxa para apreciar o abstracionismo que eu normalmente ligo pouco.

La otra foto que pusiste anteriormente con el mismo tema, ya me gustó, pero ésta, con las manchas amarillas de los reflejos aún es más abstracta y creativa.

Boa tarde Teresa, I like this mini-series around the old Tejo quay and restaurants of Almada. I love the gorgeous reflections here, it's an excellent graphism! And what a joy it is to see a picture of the lovely Ponto Final restaurant in the WS. I took this one from there last summer.

Compo siempre, hay un toque de estilo y elegancia en la simpleza de esas composiciónes abstractas. Los colores están perfectos.

La foto del WS también está muy bien y nos muestra cómo es lugar (que, realmente, es un restaurant en el que me gustaría comer!).

Olá Teresa, missed this one somehow. You really taking the topic of distorted reflection seriously, and the result is stunning! The colours are unbelievable, as is the optical quality, what a close-up here! This can be printed in a big format and put in the corridor of a public building, as a perfect abstract picture, think about it:)

Teresa c'est un grand plaisir de voir ces couleurs dans les ondulations de l'eau en mouvement. On pense tout de suite à une peinture contemporaine qui privilégie les formes et les couleurs.

Missed your gallery for a few days and when I came back I see that your gallery is full of interesting posts and I was not sure with which I should start. Finally find this one-a somewhat abstract one though. But i liked it a lot. The reflections are superbly caught, the colours are tremandous.
