Hello my friends
I wish all my friends, a good Christmas and a golden year of 2013

Beach of Apples the name of this beach must it the fact of the river that goes there to flow , in times rum , between orchards of apple trees, for that the fruit, when she was mature, fell in the water and went to give to the beach.
It can travel to this beach since Sintra in the electric centenarian that will take to the Beach Apples of golden sand ,limpid waters and typical restaurants

Increased the hue of the colors :)

ahh...another one of your tobacco filter shots.
I know that people either love or hate these :)
I personally really do enjoy them.
looking at it, I wonder how it looks without the filter too, just out of curiousity.
the golden yellows stand out well.

Hello Goncalo,

You're capturing well this landscape by a good composition and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the beach with golden sands, the cliff with restaurants/buildings at right side and thick clouds in the sky. Thw whole is managed well by a good arrangement and tasteful color tones. And, a man standing on the beach draws out an additional good effect in this image.

Hi Goncalo,

The distance between the beach and the horizon is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the buildings. Using a gradual tobacco filter has a special effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

I really like your tobacco filter series. I am not usually a fan of the tobacco filter, but here it works so beautifully. It gives the image a timeless, summery feeling. The beach is beautiful, quite untouched and unpopulated. I wish you and your family a very happy Christmas and a golden 2013.

The tobacco like filter has worked well here to enhance the sky and saturate the orange red color spectrum. Good sharpness & the lone person on the beach adds a good focal point. The yellow light on the clifftop buildings is intriguing. Tfs!

I chose this image because of the warm tones and it is still so cold in the UK!

Nice use of the filter to enhance the warm light of hte scene. Great texture in the sky too - really like it.
