Be honest. Tell the truth. Have you ever done this?

I'm standing here in the beautiful Norwegian village of Undredal and suddenly I see this man with a camera peeking around the side of this building and I'm immediately curious as to what has attracted him and what he is photographing. So I wait a little while until he has taken his shot and walked away, I check that he definitely can't see me, then I go straight down to the same place and see if I can maybe get a decent shot there.

And this is the view I saw looking across Aurlandsfjorden to the distant snow-capped mountains.

Now, is this blatant plagiarism or is it simply innocently taking advantage of a favourable situation?

Surely there cannot be a photographer out there who has not done this at some time in his/her life? ;)

ISO 200, 1/400 sec at f/8, focal length 24mm.
