Photographer's Note

I haven't got any idea what this type of cloud formation is called, and so I hope that someone on Trek Earth can tell me.

After a somewhat dreary November day, the skies cleared, and I was very surprised to see this view. The small harbour at Risa, near Tananger, offers some of the cheapest mooring around here, and the small yacht is the most upmarket craft to be seen here. The other small craft in the harbour are mostly used by locals for fishing expeditions.

The large blue ship outside the hatbour walls probably carries scrap metal for recycling; to the left of the view there is a very untidy heap of crushed metal. Other large vessels in the photo may have something to do with oil rig supplies.
