Bonjour Ilana,
Très belle lumière sous ce ciel d'orage, j'aime beaucoup les couleurs des habitations. Ne valait il mieux pas cadrer légèrement plus haut ( moin de mer et plus de ciel) ??
Enfin j'aime bien comme ça!

When I'm in Tromsø for a stop, I like to walk on these docks close to the hurtigruten dock. The Polarmuseet is very interesting.
On your photo, it doesn't seem that it's an important town. I like the light and your composition.
