Lofoten described in a Panorama, a photo from Nordland, North

Another panorama from the Lofoten. I think this one described perfect how the Lofoten are; a Fjord, lovely red houses and pointed mountains near this scenery.

I made this one, after we came from Hovsund on the Austvågøy Islands, where Svolvaer is situated (which is the capital of the Lofoten). We took the common E10 route, over the northern part of this Island. It's taken on a parking place uphills. I thought it was near Flakstad, I'm not sure about this.

There I saw this beautiful landscape and decided that it was worth making a panorama of it. Here it is, stitchwork of 6 pictures and therefor needed a bigger border. The LP version has a smaller border. :)

It is indeed a pretty typical Lofoten landscape. The panorama seems the only way to go since these landscapes are so wide, they are virtually impossible to capture in a single picture. The large version is very nice, well done!

Wat een geweldig mooi panorama. Het geeft volgens mij een mooi beeld van het Lofoten-landschap. Het nodigt uit tot een bezoek. Vooral bij een vergroting zie ik steeds weer nieuwe dingen. Prachtig.
