Color on the walls and the reflection are very attractive. Too bad about the washed-out sky. Perhaps going for a tighter composition that minimizes the sky would be better. Nice one in any event. Regards,

nonostante il cielo poco favorevole, l'immagine risulta limpida e dalla bella prospettiva. Ottimo il pdv e il senso di profondità e naturalmente i riflessi nel naviglio rendono la foto molto gradevole. Complimenti e buona serata!

molto bella questa lunga vista sul fiume con gli edifici che si riflettono sull'acqua , opttima definizione e colori , peccato per il cielo cosi' e cosi' .

Hello Giorgio,
very nice reflection and beautiful colours in the afternoon lights and interesting composition with centre point close to the left border. The pale sky could have been minimized by chosing another POV but then the composition would have been sacrified - pretty as it is.

I navigli...terra di divertimento...e purtroppo non potevi postare pic più toccante per me oggi...visto che come oggi 8 anni fa mi laureavo e ponevo fine alla mia esperienza di milanese...quanto tempo e sopratutto quanti ricordi legati a questo luogo...

The backlight gives great details in the architecture along the canal, the backside is the effect on the sky...

Non sapevo che Milano poteva imitare Venezia talvolta! Sono andata lì, c'è molto molto tempo e mi ricordo soprattutto del duomo!
Nella tua foto, amo particolarmente il riflesso nell'acqua, trovo le tinte ancora più belle che nella parte alta. Amo molto anche l'ombra curva sulla parte sinistra del fiume. Invece, trovo che le automobili non portano niente allora ti propongo in WS un'altra inquadratura ritirandoli.

I like the perspective and I should go back to Milan to see that "navigli" place, it does not seem in the heart of the city though...

ciao, giorgio. a wonderful reflection. perfectly still water and crystal sharp focus you have achieved creates an illusion of a perfect mirror. atmosphere seems to be very pleasing and inviting. a good souvenir indeed. my compliments and TFS.

Magari un'inquadratura più serrata ti poteva fare evitare parzialmente il cielo molto chiaro... ma non si può sempre tutto...

Excellent perspective of an otherwise ordinary city landscape. The yellow/brown tones add to the attractiveness of the image, not mentioning the reflection in the calm water. Too bad for the electric lines and the publicity panel.
