Photographer's Note

Erebia
Butterfly of the Nymphalidae family (subfamily Satyrinae). Lives in mountain areas.
It has diurnal habits and is characterized by brown liveries sometimes variegated of red and with spots similar to ocelli. The genus is made up of a large group of species, always difficult to photograph due to their irregular flight and the tendency to settle in the grass. Their identification is also difficult, the couple in copula could be Erebia cassioides.
