One of those typical charming houses in the village of Vernazza. The picturesque village of vernazza is a gem in the Cinque Terre. There are pretty little cafes and many small colorful boats throughout the village. Vernazza has the only natural port in Cinque Terre even though it is only "postage stamp" size.

The sun hid behind the clouds when I took this photo but the warm glow of light is still there. I must have taken hundreds of photographs of the charming residences in Cinque Terre.

The five villages are, from east to west: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterrosa Al Mare.
