Photographer's Note

Hallo Leute !
Back am I from Iceland where I cycled quite a while through always more amazing landscapes, under the rain and against the wind - wasn't exactly easy. Great and tuff country, you mark my words. This picture was taken near Hveravellir, in the highlands - center of the country. We were cycling late one afternoon to avoid the heat (yes, the "heat": we had a catastrophic weather in the beginning but then the sun made it plain he was to master the rest of the journey), between two huge glaciers - the Landj÷kull and the H÷fnj÷kull (sorry for the mispelling, icelandic's a trick), on these dried tracks only 4 wheels drive can take (the F35 from north to south). Light turned so weird for a long while - sunsets last forever over there - it was as if all the rocks and the dust had been suddenly heaten, it was all so warm and comfortable - save for the icy peaks far away and the glaciers.

I shall post more pictures later on, but so far, I haven't Internet anymore, for a while at least. Well the trip was fantastic, but hard. Cheers to you all!
