Photographer's Note
After a couple of kilometers, , we were allready wondering if we were on the good road...We were willing to Thakgil... The road was not difficult to drive, but small, turning and turning, climbing, going down...the weather was getting worse and worse..We had that wonderful view on a part of the Myrdalssandur. The pearl Thakgil was 5 km after... Here, Iceland was covered by black ash and green moss...
