Photographer's Note

A view on Rauðasandur bay on the south coast of Western Fjords in Iceland. This wonderful bay has a superb golden beach that is very appreciated by seals and is surrounded by impressive cliffs. The western part of the area is covered with saltmarshes and this is where I took the photo. Note the red and back chapel bottom of the cliffs on the left. To reach this bay you have to drive on the F614 track road that starts from the south side of the Patreksfjörður fjord.

Belle photo avec cet effet de perspective et ces splendides teintes très lumineuses, bien aussi le détail avec la chapelle minuscule dans ce grandiose paysage très nature.

J'adore ce genre de paysage . Le contraste est magnifique entre la vallée verdoyante et les pentes arides des montagnes ;
Amicalement .
PS : tout à fait d'accord avec toi sur les montagnes mal exposées . C'était cependant un peu compliqué pour moi car je ne peux pas faire de corrections sur certaines parties d'une l'image (je crois qu'il faudrait enregistrer en RAW ?)

its a wild and free type of landscape, beautiful.
and there's a hint of life withthe church and what i think is a barn too.

spectacular landscape from Iceland again! Amazing rock formations and colors! You have composed it nicely with the pleasant curves in the foreground and also made by the mountain. Pleasantly saturated colors. It feels like it must be raining there a lot.
I like the presence of the little church in the distance, which allows to feel the scale.
