Photographer's Note

Koskaraka Bridge connects Kalamata with Mani area, located 15km away from the city

Historical notes and major photo Post Processing can be found in my previous post by clicking here.

As I promised yesterday, this post shows a different perspective of both bridge.

About the shot:
The overexposured white ground in addition to the rest dark scene made this photo also difficult.
Aperture Priority used, (EV/0) Average metering.
Polarizer filter used for this deep blue sky.

RAW Post Processing notes:
No way you can get this result, in one shot!
Best way is to shot 3 pictures and use an HDR method.

Nope I didn't! As I previously posted I am against HDR in many cases and fan of high contrast, cause I think its more realistic to the eye. :)

You may check the original JPEG shot by clicking on my workshop, where you can see the loss of the colour, details, and high exposure on some parts of the scene.

This shot was RAW post processed, where I reduce the overexposure, picked up some midtone highlights and contrast balance.
With some saturation, sharpness, clarification and white balance adjustments, I got this result.

I hope you like it
