Volos snowy
Another snowy landscape near my home...
only two hundred meters away from my home...
The first snow changed our lives because
the good weather and the temperature
changed suddenly....We are not used in
bad weather...lets hope that better days
will arrive soon...

Hi Costantino,
it seems you enjoy the snowy scenes while as I mentioned we have a spring in England already. Today I have seen some blooming flowers in the park.
Nice snow pattern in the foreground, further there we can recognize some of Volos characteristic buildings.

A nice play of light and shadow at the side of this building here. The snow shows a nice pattern of footsteps. Well captured in a vertical composition.

Hello Costantino,
The snow is still there, but now it is starting to look wet and may create slippery patches of ice. Be careful when you are out walking! But it still looks good, and the many footsteps have created nice patterns in the foreground. You exposed the bright light nicely.

Good textural details in the wet and slushy snow. The bg harbour with its blue water adds a good focal point with it pedestrian strollers. Tfs!

Hello Costantino, The snow is not such bad weather. It is a nice time. No reason to complain. And a good occasion for a nice picture. Better days (without snow) will come very soon, but when there will be better days without Covid?

This long perspective, seems to make the snow go on forever, complemented by the implication in your notes.

Another magnificent view with the remains of the snowfall, a few hundred footprints are already shown here, the wall next to me I think is the church, good background perspective.

Hello Costantino,
I remember these trees creating a dark shadow on the wall of this church at night.
Now, these trees have to adapt the snow while waiting for the warm sun.
Soon very soon, you'll have Spring in the air. I can't wait to see the beautiful spring blossom in these trees ( ? ).
Anyway, it's so unusual to see snow in Greece. Anything can happen these days with this climate.
Thanks for sharing this 'snowy home scene'.
