Photographer's Note

rnWhen you go up for the villages of Zagori, you almost inevitably pass through the Kokkoris Bridge next to the road. Impressive, one-armed, stone-built traditional bridge, just before the village of Koukouli. It is also called Noutsos Bridge, as Notsos funded its construction in 1750. Of course, it is known as Kokkoris Bridge, since Kokkoros, which had a mill here, gave the money for its repair in 1910. The image of the impressive, with the rock rises above it and the river flows from below. An indispensable stop for stunning and wonderful photos.
