Photographer's Note
Some folks talking a walk on a path called 'Crooked Slope' [Schiefer Weg] in a small Saxon village. It was the day after Christmas Eve - the warmest day ever since they started recording weather movement in Germany - and it felt like spring.

Hi Daniel,
A good composition of space and narrative, the texture and light are almost delicate, I call feel the warm air even..
Cheers

Hello Daniel
The crooked paths are always more interesting than the mainstream. Neil Young knows.
A great allegoric picture. Reminds me of the famous William Blake quote:
“Improvement makes straight roads; but the crooked roads without improvement are roads of genius.”
Superb contrast with the 'improved' housing at the horizon, excellent also how the two characters are in black and white (adding more options for interpretations) and great bl/w tones.
Top picture, if you ask me!
Benny
