Beach ... Costa Laboe, a photo from Schleswig-Holstein, West

Photographer's Note

A the mouth of the Kieler Fiord, there is a small town called Laboe. It can be reached with the "sailing bus" from the center of Kiel at the bottom of the fiord. As anyone can see in the photo, one doesn't need to travel to Southern Eurpoe to go for a swim or do kite surfing. Well; it's true that the water is aslightly colder than the Med, but what doesn't kill you, - makes you stronger. (so they say... I didn't swim that day).

Hello Frank,

The combination between the visitors in foreground and surfers with sail in background is a big difference.
A nice composition, excellent captured.
