Vous reconnaîtrez sur cette photo l'un des symboles de notre ville de Lyon, le Crayon (ex tour du Crédit Lyonnais).

Cette photo est une nouvelle fois issue d'un traitement HDR.

j'aime beaucoup le traitement que tu as opéré sur ta photo. surtout l'arrière plan un Lyon tout au fusain. C'est vraiment réussi. excellent cadrage. enfin soit du beau boulot. je te met en favori !

Very nice pov and compo here. I like the huge distance and difference in altitude between the foreground and the back.
You managed to get some beautiful light and colors due to HDR treatment. The hazyness of the background works very well here. Sharpness, details and contrast on the stone stairs and note are very good.

Wonderful technique you have used here! how did you manage to blur the background so much with a medium aperture? i like the effect of it and to place this old sign as the center of attraction is an unusual and good choice.

Another nice example of good use of the HDR technique to enhance a photo. I like the visible details on the foreground with this advisement and the textures of the banister. The blurried view over Lyon with the 'Crayon' building dominating the background and the mist that seems to want to cover the city is also very nice and appealing.

JB, j'aime cette photo avec ce premier plan très réussi dans la belle lumière et, par contraste, ce lointain brumeux d'où émerge le crayon. Je ne suis pas encore satisfait de mes essais en HDR, il faudrait que je prenne des cours !

C'est vraiment un traitement surprenant qui donne une aspect surréaliste aux lieux. J'aime beaucoup les couleurs chaudes de la photo et la texture que cela donne à la pierre. J'apprécie également le bokeh qui renforce la netteté du premier plan. Une très belle et intéressante image, bravo le spécialiste !!!

Salut JB, c'est très réussi, ou comment allier la qualité de la PP à une superbe scène. C'est là le fort de cette photo, mixer une technique très particulière qu'est la HDR à une scène ou cette technique trouve toute sa plus value et sa beauté. Toutes mes félicitations, ça rend franchement bien. T'es un sacré technicien de la photo toi, une sorte de Yffic lyonnais ;)
Lyon rennes d'ailleurs en prochaine journée de championnant, faites gaffe a vous on est balèze en ce moment ;)

Coucou JB,

quelle ironie... espaces verts... Moi j'dirais espaces VERTicaux plutôt ! Le bokeh est excellent avec ce focus au premier plan. J'aime aussi beaucoup ces couleurs chaudes du premier plan qui se retrouve dans l'arrière plan de ta photo. C'est bien pensé et bien vu ! Bravo, de belles dimensions sur cette photo.

Very good play with the DOF, JB. You also handled the wide lens distortion interesting by giving the tall building the right to stand vertical, while the horizon has a tilt to the left. I agree with you that it is more important to have the building standing tall and letting the world have the tilt.

Tres elle compsotion. J'aime beaucoup les tons. Couleurs et textures sur l'escalier devant me fascine. L'arriere plan floute est super bien reussi. je vais peut etre essayer de m'aventurer dans l'HDR apres avoir vu ca.

J'ai reconnu la ville de Lyon, sans le titre et sans avoir lu la plaque, à partir de l'étiquette de la photo. Pourtant, je n'y suis jamais allée ;). Il faut croire que c'est grâce à vous, les lyonnais sur TE !
Très jolie compo, j'aime bien le contraste entre le premier plan et le crayon dans la brume.

the more I see of this HDR technique the more fascinated I am by it though I think I will have to work on normal photography for a while. Superbe l'utilisation de ce panneau devant ces tonnes de béton !
Les teintes sont un délice, ce premier plan jaunatre, puis cette bande grise et à nouveau une petite touche de chaud dans le ciel.
Très judicieux comme t'as fait ca et le résultat est top.
Par contre je pinaille, mais l'horizon se casse la gueule ;)

Ca semble un chouia tilté et c'est bien dommage car sinon c'est vraiment top top.
Le cadrage et la dof sont impec, la lumière (et notamment au loin dans les montagnes) est nickel, les matières qui tu obtiens sur la rambarde sont impressionnantes... Franchement canon.

What a magnificent view of the city. I love the apposition of the golden hued foreground which stands out in sharp relief versus the misty sleepy city below. The modernistic office tower looms above the fog as some out of place apparition, yet noble in its own right. Very fine work, and worth the early rising. Amicalement...Demain.

As I've no doubt said before, I'm not usually a fan of HDR shots, they normally look too unnatural for my taste. That's not the case with this one though, if you hadn't mentioned it in your note I'd never have known.
The light throughout the image is really something, especially on the stone bannisters and sign in the foreground. Perfect depth of field as well, with the recognisable details in the background having a very pleasing softness.
It's a classic, well done JB.

Super ce cadrage avec ces deux plans, parfaite netteté sur le panneau et bel effet de flou et des silhouettes estompées pour le fond, belle tonalité, le crayon est vraiment incontournable et convient dans l'équilibre de ta composition.

The photo is really amazing. Light, depth, the composition,... is really amazing.
Even the little details: the note in the stairs, the blurred city at the background,... A real winner.
