Photographer's Note

100th post...Tribute to "Mother Nature", which gives to TE so many wonderful landscapes, shapes and colours.

This picture is a kind of sum up of the Four Eements:
fire of the sunset,
water of the tropical sea,
pure air of the Caribbean sky, and
earth of the islands.

Taken from the "Plage de Malendure", one the most beautiful black sand beaches in Guadeloupe (French West Indies)
In the background, right in the middle, these are the Pigeon islands, within the Cousteau marine park. This is where the Commandant Cousteau shooted part of the movie Le Monde du Silence. These sites are a preserved underwater sanctuary and are considered to be the best dive spots of Guadeloupe.

This picture is also a good opportunity to add, once again, that preserving our land and our environment is one of our most important Duty. For Or children and for Our planet.
This is one of my very first beliefs. Back then I was still (only) a child. And I am quite happy that, 15 years later, it is becoming a worldwide issue. But nothing's done. Everything has to be done.
