Quite a good composition even though a bit messy (formless bird + your signature in the lower right corner).
Superbly caught moment with a good light both from the front and back.
Very interesting and unusual.

Je découvre avec cette photo ta galerie, et plus spécialement cette très jolie série que tu nous offres à nos yeux. J'aime bien la comparaison de cette photo à une scène biblique... Au fait... tu as vu Dieu ?? Est-ce un homme ou une femme ???

J'aime beaucoup ta série.C'est superbement bien composé et c'est pas si courant que ça d'aborder ce type de sujet en noir et blanc.De très belles images.

I like this one best of your series. The hand's nicely placed and the "angel" in the top right makes the image exceptional. Also amazing sharpness.

This is one true wonderful of work of photography. The birds, flying mid air are superbly captured. And the effect of B&W do really do good to the image.
Why not give us a color version, will ya?

Bonjour Stephane,

I saw your photographs on the home page and you have a wonderful collection of sparrow images and this is my favourite, mainly because of the sparrow top right who is beautifully suspended in mid air. The bird on the bottom is a bit messy but more than made up for by the rest of the brood. Lovely contrast, great depth, good sharpness and well suited to B&W. It's a superb capture, well done.
