Photographer's Note

Tréhic lighthouse in Le Croisic, in Loire-Atlantique department. It was built from 1836 to 1844. It was electrified in 1950. It sits at the end of a 850 meters long pier called Tréhic pier. This pier protects the entry of Le Croisic traict, a strait at the entry of Guérande salt marshes. The pier is very frequented on sunday, people come there to have a iodine bowl. A place to go on still weather only of course !
