This is the typical boat of the Arcachon bay. It was made in wood in the local workshops. It is a long and narrow boat, used for fishing and also to beach in the oysters banks.
Taken lying on the earth to reveal the bow.

Le contraste jaune-bleu est vraiment efficace. Souligné par le point de vue rase motte qui permet de detacher le sujet sur le fond de ciel.

I see today we both have posted a blue sky picture :)
beautiful rich colours, not too saturated and therefore natural and vivid.
I love the perspective from below, it always gives boats a great swing :)
(maybe I would have not shot the shed and focused on the boat)

Une merveille! En forme de goutte d'eau, ou de feuille... quelle élégance, ce point de vue! Les couleurs bien saturées et les contrastes me plaisent beaucoup. C'est très dynamique, avec un effet offensif qui me plait aussi énormément, tel un boomerang qui nous arrive droit dans la figure (mais, ça, je ne veux pas l'expérimenter!). Félicitations!

Une vision très originale de cette pinasse très colorée. Même si on peut, peut-être, regretter la présence de ce bâtiment, ton POV donne une originalité certaine à l'image.

Olá Claude, great angle and artistic photo with striking contrasting colors. I can imagine you lying on the ground...would be fun to see a photo of that :) The boat reminds some kind of hat. Very good the way you fit its shape in the frame.

You did full justice to the boat by taking this shot from a very low POV. The colours are excellent & finely contrasting, but to me its the shape of the bow which makes this fascinating!
