Photographer's Note

The house Renaissance

The Chateau consists of a main building square two-story (plus basement) flanked by corner towers, built on strong foundations of the old mill along the right bank lately. This is extended by a body of two-storey building which relies on the southern facade of the house, built in 1560 by Philibert Delorme in an almost classical style already, and based on a five-arched bridge spanning the river Cher. The lower floor is occupied by a particular gallery.

You can access the ground floor of the main building by a staircase followed by a small bridge.
