Photographer's Note
To post or not to post?
I know that this place has been showed in TE thousand times, but... I didn't resist. Something a little diffferent in my gallery which doesn't have any other architecture night shot.
Picture taken in a rainy late afternoon. No tripod, so the quality is not the best.

Flavia,
I never get tired of see this beautiful place. Your composition is fine using the reflecting pool to lead the eye into the shot. The golden color is very nice with the glow of the Paris sky providing a backdrop. I like the placement of the pyramid drawing the eye to the side.

Asa

Hello Flavia,

Hi Flavia!
Beautiful "blue" hour photo, excellent and very creative, low POV, great composition and framing, great light managment in terms of exposure, but in terms of white balance is a little bit too warm in my opinion. Besides that, an impressive photo! Congratulations!

Flavia, why to post or not to post? I think whatever you feel like -which photo is ok with you- is the most important priority in TE.
I felt like...singing in the rain or maybe dancing in the wet floor. The light is very romantic.
Best Regards,
D:)

Hello Flavia
Quality wise it's fine...perhaps some noise in the sky which could have been removed easily. Nice use of the diagonal from the corner & the pyramid has been well placed in the frame

Have run out of greenies now unfortunately!

Hello Flavia,
This is a nice low light capture!
The warmth of the colours are eye-catching, and the details are well recorded handheld...
A balanced composition with intriguing reflections off the wet ground!
Greetings,

I just commented on Arnaud's picture of the Louvre, both are very nice and well done.
Yours in the night, shows a very nice golden tone to it.
I like how the diagonal lead our eye into the picture, the glass pyramid, like an arrow.
Very well done, composed and sharp.
Cheers.
